New appointments in Whirlpool commercial laundry leadership team

Whirlpool Corp. recently appointed new leadership members to its commercial laundry organization. Dave Stimac – general manager of commercial laundry – has accepted the position of senior director for supply chain strategy and operations. He will be responsible for leading strategy and optimization across all supply chain and logistics functions. He began his career with the company in supply chain management. The new position means that – after achieving considerable experience in product marketing, manufacturing, engineering and consumer services – he will return to the supply chain organization.

Jason Mathew  has been appointed as his successor and he will conduct leadership of the company’s commercial laundry business. He has worked with the company for almost 15 years and he has held various senior positions.  Most recently, he has served as senior director, kitchen launch, IoT.

Amy Gardner will succeed Chad Lange – who has decided to leave the company – as director of commercial laundry sales/service/parts. She will be responsible for global sales, service and parts strategy. She has worked for the company for nearly 20 years in various roles. Most recently, she served as sales director of retail and builder. Stimac and Mathew will accept their new roles immediately, whereas Gardner will start in her new role in July.
