At Rentex, a specialized Health Care Laundry in The Netherlands, in the Linen Packing department, the Movexx AGV is pulling containers and stops at all packing spots as defined in ABSSolute of ABS.
At the garment services side, ABSSolute is seamlessly feeding data to the Metricon/JENSEN system for sorting, followed by automatic container loading.
A custom-made robot from DBM International is taking care of all the repetitive container loading tasks. Based on ABSSolute Product/Volume information the unique identified containers are being filled.
Once that’s done, delivery documents are generated, printed and attached and the AGV whisks the filled containers over to the expedition area.
