CERTIFICATION:
Various quality management systems are in place. And CINET has based its methodology on CERCLEAN©.
An important part of this quality system deals with hygiene. The objective of the system should always be that the end product is “good” when the requirements, that are specified in laws or regulations, are met. This – of course – in addition to customer requirements.
Other quality aspects of cleaning are Linen lifetime, appearance of the textiles, protective properties [think of theatre linen or work wear], etc.
But also typical quality factors that have a relation with the wash process applied: Colour fastness, whiteness, stain removal, dye transfer etc.
The introduction of a quality management system has a long list of benefits. Most of them have a direct and positive impact on the efficiency of the laundry. And improves relations with suppliers and customers at the same time. Quality management consists of quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Not only the outcome is important, but also the means to achieve it.
Combines EN 14065 RABC with ISO 9001.

MASTERCLASS HYGIENE:
CINET has developed a masterclass hygiene for 3 sectors of the international laundry market. Each with its own characteristic requirements :
- Healthcare laundries – washing linen for hospitals, care homes and institutions
- Hospitality laundries – Washing linen from hotels , restaurants, theme parks, event venues and cruise ships
- Industrial laundries – washing mainly workwear. But also CRT’s, dust mats, curtains or carpets.
Masterclass sessions for each of these laundry sectors are regularly planned by CINET. But also classroom hygiene training has been conducted for a laundry or laundry group.
