First Study Report to be presented to Mr. Paolo Cartabbia, President of Assofornitori
October 23, 2026, at 17:30 CEST will mark a memorable milestone for the Professional Textile Care (PTC) industry.
In the presence of distinguished PTC professionals and with thousands of industry followers worldwide following this important occasion, CINET President Mr. Peter Wennekes will officially present the first report of the CINET ROADMAP 2050 STUDY, titled “FROM WASH TO WORTH”, to Mr. Paolo Cartabbia, President of Assofornitori.
The occasion is expected to bring together Mr. Cartabbia, accompanied by Mr. Enrico Cartabbia, Mr. Olivio Bassan, President of EXPO Detergo, Mr. Marco Sancassani, General Manager of EXPO Detergo, representatives of the CINET Executive and Advisory Boards, and leading industry representatives from Italy and around the world.
Among those attending will be Italian sponsoring partners Mr. Luca Rappini, Managing Director of the FMB Group, and Mr. Marco Niccolini, Commercial Director of the Renzacci Group, alongside representatives of other sponsoring partners, including Electrolux Professional, Seitz, Kannegiesser, Kreussler, BÖWE, Sankosha, Oasis and Kingstar, as well as numerous international industry peers.

Starting October 24, 2026, more than 100 PTC Strategy Study Reports will be made available to the industry professionals who contributed to the studies, CINET members, CINET’s global network of 50,000 professionals, and the wider international PTC community.
This launch marks the beginning of an extensive programme of further research, strategic exploration and international dialogue, aimed at strengthening the industry’s understanding of future developments and supporting its sustainable growth towards 2050 and beyond.
