International Networking at its Best
March 4th at 9.00 hrs. a room full enthusiastic Malaysia Textile Cleaners & Industrial Laundries, including Malaysia Associations MULA and Persatuan Dobi, were anxious waiting for more information on CINET, the WORLD CONGRESS, the CONCEPT of Best Practices, ASLI Association, International Suppliers Electrolux Professional, SEITZ, BOEWE, IZILOH and international companies such as Tsnaknakis Carpet Cleaning (GREECE), FORNET International (NL) and a number of Winner Showcases from 2022. It became a marvelous event prepared by Zarina Ismael, acting as CINET Country Coordinator for Malaysia.

New Horizon, new Opportunities
Visitors from Retail Textile Cleaners as well as Industrial laundries, travelled to the IBIS Hotel in Kuala Lumpur to attend this extraordinary PTC Trade event. In times were the economy is not yet fully recovered, Young labor is difficult to find and cost are increasing, it is quite a challenge to adapt to these fast changing market circumstances.
Focus
Malaysian Associations are indeed in need for tying up with other National Associations and international partners to accelerate business development and focus on the Key issues of today and tomorrow. Prime focus for now: access to education & training E-Learning programs, practical workshops, implementation of tools like Certification for professionalization of organizations, get a better understanding of PTC management policies and lobbying activities towards governments and municipalities.
Networking
The networking part was the Key for further activities. Knowing more about each other, the suppliers, the associations and experts opened doors for more joint activities and initiatives. The closing dinner was highlighted by musical entertainment and a wonderful plead of the chairman of MULA Association Mr. Jalil for more international cooperation singing “I did it MY WAY”.
