Elis – a leading company in circular services – recently announced the acquisition of Adrett Textilservice GmbH – a laundry service provider in Germany. Adrett operates a modern laundry in northern Germany, near the Danish border and offers rental services for flat linen and serves hospitality customers, a market that is particularly dynamic in Germany.

The company employs approximately 140 people, who will stay on – together with the current management – in order to continue local business development.

The acquisition is part of a strategy to strengthen the Elis ’presence and network in the German market and leveraging Adrett’s position in the hospitality industry –  a significantly growing market in Germany. The revenue from this acquisition, estimated at approximately €12 million in 2025, will be consolidated into Elis’ revenue from January 1, 2026.
