Platinum Dry Cleaners, a Naples, FL based full service dry clean and laundry operation with 2 retail locations, 12 delivery routes, a 12,000 sq ft processing facility, and 40 employees announces its second year of “EMPOWER WEAR,” showing its thanks to the SWFL community by giving back with a month long charitable clothing collection program to benefit Dress for Success SWFL. The collection event will run from April 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2025.
The “EMPOWER WEAR” collection program in conjunction with the national affiliation of America’s Best Cleaners, will provide gently worn professional and business casual clothing for SWFL women in need by helping them achieve economic independence and access employment opportunities by providing proper attire for interviewing, professional meetings, and corporate protocol.
Platinum Dry Cleaners route customers can look for a hang tag and text the day before their scheduled delivery. An EmpowerWear garment bag will be provided along with the normal dry cleaning delivery, and Platinum’s home route driving staff will collect the donations on pick-up day. Donations are tax deductible and receipts will be included with the donation bag. If customers are not able to donate at this time, the empty bag will be collected. This on top of accepting donations at both of Platinum’s retail locations.
