Creating a new laundry with an emission-free, gas-free washing process and a pleasant working environment. That was the wish of Ergon (NL). Ergon is a leading player in the world of environmentally conscious and socially responsible laundry solutions. Suppliers TBR and WSP were asked to realize this and powerful heat pump technology was used to completely eliminate the use of fossil fuels to heat water during the washing process.

This partnership resulted in an innovative and sustainable laundry concept that doubled laundry capacity and marked another revolutionary step forward for the entire laundry industry. By making smart use of residual energy, the building can not only be cooled, but also an emission-free heating method can be offered that focuses on the well-being of the staff.
