IDEAS AND INSPIRATIONS FOR PTC PROFESSIONALS

November 8 the CINET WORLD CONGRESS 24 will be organized together with IDC and some 35 Co-Host National Associations. The event will be organized in the Europe Hall of Messe Frankfurt. November 9 the CINET Global Best Practices Awards will be organised in the same venue.
CINET took this initiative to enhance International networking, to stimulate business development and to promote the PTC industry to clients and stakeholders around the world.

PTC SUSTAINABILITY/CIRCULARITY – Inevitable to implement!
The organizers selected 6 KEY-Topics which are believed to support business development in the majority of countries. Of course Sustainability/Circularity is one of them. For over 15 years CINET proved, also by scientific research, that Professional Textile Cleaning is 2 to 3 Times more sustainable compared to washing at home. A 25% CO2 savings and substantial water savings of up to 80% could be realized by transforming washing at home to to Professional textile cleaning. Preliminar research reveils that an increase of the Life time of garments/textiles offer even more attractive CO2 Savings. Moderator Prof dr. Rolf Heimann of the Hess Nature Foundation Germany will discuss together with experts of the industry the impact of textile cleaning on societies, the options of increasing the lifetime of garments and improvements in the professional cleaning proces to perform for the best results.

PTC INNOVATIONS – Game Changers for the Industry
The last couple of years the speed of technical innovations in the industry increased substantially. The after COVID period accelerated this even more. This session will be moderated by Peter Wennekes and discus the latest developments in automation, steering of integrated processes, Robotization and last but not least Artificial Intelligence. EXPERTS from all over the world will share their expertise and experiences. Providing practical answers to business challenges, insights of costs and clear directions for investments in new technologies for numerous situations in professional textile cleaning.

ATRACTIVE LABOR – Entrepreneurial INSPIRATION is DRIVER for GROWTH & NEW BUSINESS
Labor circumstances and modern labor policies are needed to attract youngsters for more automated textile cleaning/ laundering processes and services. There is an eminent need for more entrepreneurs and youngsters coming in. IT and AI based marketing, integrated processing and servicing clients beyond their expectations is requiring understanding for modern (young) clients. Topics as; How to get and keep qualified Staff, Teamwork and building a culture for success will be addressed by experts and moderated by Ms Berru Arslan.

Private and BtoB Clients both have quite diffferent expectations from professional partners than some years ago. What do they really want the service provider to deliver and for what reasons.? What does it take to triple the revenue in Textile Cleaning and what choices are to be made for each individual laundry or textile cleaner? The Retail session will be moderated by Mr. Leon Wennekes of FORNET International. The BtoB session will be moderated by Mr. Geert Boettger of EXPO Consulting. Experts from a variety of countries will discuss the customer demand for high profiled digital services that require specialisation, a certain scale of operation and expertise for a profitable cost/quality performance.

International Standards on hygiene are needed more than ever to prevent infections and the spread of viruses and bacteria, threatening the health of people around the world.
Questions will be answerred as when Hygienically is absolutely necessary, why is it needed and how to organize and control it in a practical way. Not only in economically developed countries but everywhere around the world.
