On-demand laundry service provider Laundryheap has started a new overnight service in London: Laundryheap Express Overnight. The service will return customer laundry within ten hours, which is more than twice as fast as the standard 24-hour industry. At first, the overnight service will cover most areas of central London, but is to expand across the city in the coming months. London is the second global market with access to this overnight solution. The service first launched in Dubai in May this year and overnight requests were rapidly making up for five per cent of all orders.

The company has achieved a strong international presence since the launch in London in 2014. The firm now operates in thirteen global markets, including Singapore, the Netherlands and France. Apart from that, the company has made several acquisitions over the past three years, including France’s Wast and the UK’s Laundrapp. It most recently acquired Oppa Laundry: a reliable name in on-demand laundry and drycleaning services in Singapore.
