In Austria, the Salesianer Group reported to have reached an important stage in the company’s existence. With a new management structure, the group intends to strengthen its strategic direction in order to lay the basis for sustainable growth, innovation, and a stronger market position in Austria and the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region.
As of January 1, 2025, Thomas Krautschneider, Managing Partner and Victor Ioane, CEO of the group, will be supported by three C-level executives. Victor Ioane will remain as CEO, focusing on expansion and strategic development.
The new management level consists of three newly initiated job titles. CCO Romana Steinböck will oversee customer-oriented areas and enhance service quality. CFO Johann Kandelsdorfer will ensure financial stability and manage the groups economic operations. CCO Phillip-Sebastian Marchl will focus on efficiency and the professionalization of operational processes. Thus, the companies expansion of the management levels is aimed at creating clear division of responsibility areas and should strengthen innovation and competitiveness.
