The Jensen-Group has announced that as of March 1st, Doga Cagdas will step into the role of chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding Markus Schalch, who has served as CFO for more than 17 years.
Cagdas, who is presently the Group CFO at AGP Glass, brings an enormous international experience with different companies and extensive expertise in industrial B2B environments. He functioned in a variety of leadership roles in finance and administration, controlling and audit, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in sourcing, purchasing and supply-chain finance management.
Cagdas joined the Jensen-Group in October 2024, working closely with Schalch to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. He is originally from Turkey, lives in Brussels with his family and will be based at the Jensen-Group’s Wetteren office near Ghent, Belgium. According to a company spokesman, his leadership is aimed at strengthening the finance team in order to support continued company success.
