Tuesday April 14 — Healthcare & Hygienically Clean Textiles
Day 1 set the tone with the CINET Healthcare Conference, exploring the realities of professional textile care in hospitals and long-term care environments. International speakers from the UK, China, India, France, Germany and the Netherlands addressed the structural challenges facing the sector: cost pressures, infection control obligations, and the case for genuine partnership between healthcare institutions and their textile service providers.
In the afternoon, the Workshop Hygiene and Certification brought together practitioners and consultants to discuss modern hygiene management, RABC certification, and how to implement cost-effective hygiene standards across markets at different stages of development. The day concluded with an exclusive company visit to Newasco Textile Services in Heemstede – a live demonstration of what advanced professional cleaning of private garments in processing looks like in practice.

Wednesday April 15 — Hospitality & Sustainability
Day 2 turned to the hospitality sector, with the CINET Hospitality Conference addressing supply chain cooperation, smarter textile service models and the digital transformation of hotel laundry operations. Speakers from Singapore, Germany, China, India and the Netherlands shared concrete examples of what partnership-based models look like when they actually work.
The afternoon Workshop on Sustainability and Circularity featured expert pitches from Italy, Germany, India, Singapore, the USA, Denmark and the Netherlands, covering bio-solvents, biomass energy, circular textile models, and the EU regulatory landscape. The day’s company visit took delegates to Wasserij G. van der Kleij and Zn. in Utrecht. One of the most innovative hospitality laundries, processing 500,000 kg per week.

Thursday April 16 — AI & Awards
Day 3 was the AI day — covered in full detail in Article 04 below. Alongside the AI Expert Program, the Workshop on Smarter PTC Business delivered market data, digital case studies and a panel discussion on what competitive advantage looks like for PTC operators in 2026 and beyond.

The day concluded with the Official GBPA 26 Award Ceremony, with Lifetime Awards, CSR Awards and the inaugural AI Starters Award. The Jury Report for the AI Award can be found on the CINET website, AI Section.

Friday April 17 — South East Asia, Company Visits & Closing
The final day featured the South East Asia PTC Study Meeting and two company visits: MedoClean Textielservice in Koudekerk aan den Rijn and Fornet’s Amsterdam location
