German spare parts specialist MAXI-PRESS has optimised its spring covering for industrial ironers to the latest technical standard. Its newest model MP-X-Spring Pro is an in-house development and is stated to be characterised by the 100% stainless steel to make the springs. Because of that, the springs are completely rust-free, even over a long period of operating cycles.
When using the MP-X-Spring Pro spring covering, launderers are to achieve the optimum cylinder circumference of the ironer with a contact pressure of just 1 bar, according to the company. The lower resistance of the cylinders protects the gears of the ironer and leads to increased energy savings. Owing to the improved exhaust air of the spring, less cloth wear is anticipated. In addition, the band cannot break off – as regularly occurs – and is chemical resistant, which is especially useful for hospital laundry operations.
The new model is stated to guarantee optimum ironing performance over the entire service life, an ideal linen finish and – thanks to the perfect fit of the ironer textile – a longer running time of the textile. The system can be adjusted to any ironer type and cylinder size.
