September 1st was the original expiration date for the registration of the participants in the Global Best Practices Awards. Because of the holiday season the organization decided upon requests of many companies to postpone this till September 10th and make some exceptions upon agreements.
Meanwhile in all categories candidates from all over the globe were registered, especially from the countries where CINET organised or participated in National Events. In all categories extremely innovative laundries and textile cleaners were noted and the international jury, chaired by Mr. Geert Boettger is expected to have a difficult task to evaluate these cases and determine the winners. Evaluation is done with reference to the country to give everybody an equal chance.
Growth Hacker Award
After 3 workshops and one personal meeting at the Headquarter of Electrolux in Sweden, chaired by Leon Wennekes, applications for this award were noted. This GHA is accompanied by an investment money of 20.000 euro. The best applications will be invited to do a brief Pitch during the Ceremony in Frankfurt.
