Software provider Wash-Dry-Fold POS recently announced that it has expanded its services to all 50 states in the U.S. Since its beginning in February 2016, the company has grown rapidly. From selling 124 systems in the state of Florida alone, the company has even shipped systems to the remote states of Alaska and Hawaii.
On the other hand, North Dakota proved to be a challenging market due to the state’s limited number of laundromats, until recently. However, despite the small market size the software provider has been able to find its first customer in that state with The Bubble Laundry Company – a laundromat located in Grand Forks.
Owner Casey Brovold had been in contact with the software provider since 2019 and has recently decided to purchase the hardware system, along with the cloud-based software. Brovold stated that his company has grown enormously in the past three years, but could probably have grown even faster if the right tools to raise customer‘ experiences had been purchased sooner.
