Happynest – a laundry pickup and delivery service in the US – has reported further expansion in the country. The service has started to operate in new locations in five states – Virginia, Florida and Indianapolis, Arizona and New York – thanks to partnership with various local operations.
For instance, they now operate together with Grandma Gail’s Wash House in New York – a 2,500-square-foot facility equipped with 17 washers and 10 dryers. The company is also serving customers in Tucson, Arizona by partnering with Steve and Vicky Dotson of Tuscon Laundry Centers – a 3,300-square-foot facility equipped with 34 washers and 28 dryers. Vicky Dotson states to be happy with the new opportunity, especially since HappyNest has not only developed a system, an app, and managed the routes for a pickup and delivery service, but can also help with the marketing in the service area.
The pick-up and delivery service stated that the partnerships enable productivity and cash flow boosts for its laundromat partners during slow mid-week hours. Additionally, the company’s support also involves marketing for signups and retention, software for route management, business mentoring, and a customer service team.
