According to owner and managing director Michael Meschnik of Austrian cleaning company “Eva Maria – pure fashion services” his company is trying to excel in the laundry business by modernizing it with new services, sustainable thinking and an attractive ambience.
The company was recently awarded as textile cleaner of the year by German trade magazine for the laundry industry – R+W Textile Service. Michael Meschnik considers clothing more than something to buy and then throw away. He explains it offers an opportunity for self-expression and well-being. That is why the company created a feel-good ambience that understands and expresses textile cleaning as a real craft. Specializing in the care of outerwear, the company is addressing working people in particular with a special blouse and shirt service.
In the future, the targeted and increased addressing of open-plan offices (insurance companies, banks, institutes) will be a focus as well by offering an additional pick-up and delivery service from a certain processing quantity.
At the moment, the company is working on a new social media campaign, partly focussing on a slightly younger target group. Michael Meschnik: “Textile service must be seen as an integral part of healthy and sustainable consumption”.
