Winner Tsaknakis Carpet Cleaning
For the 3rd time the Greek Association Pan Hellenique, partnering up with CINET, organized the GREEK Best Practices Awards 24 online. Registrations were received in the categories RTC- Small and RTC-Big (Carpet Cleaning). After a thorough evaluation of the international independent jury, Tsaknakis Carpet Cleaning was given the highest scores and hence was declared as the Winner.
For an improved communication, for the first time the new CINET translation device was tested. The enthusiasm of the participants was great. Mr. Evangelos Krypaios, Vice President of Pan Hellenique, welcomed all participants and memorized the long lasting cooperation with CINET. This was followed by an explanation of Mr. Peter Wennekes, who explained the principles of Best Practices in Professional Textile Care and the program of the WORLD CONGRESS & Best Practices Awards 24 on November 8-9, next at TEXCARE International in Frankfurt, Germany.

In Greece the carpet cleaning sector is a large part of the business and many companies provide an excellent service to consumer, hotels and other customer groupes. Carpet cleaning is a special proces and the service often also includes storage of the carpets during the summer. Because of the many isles the majority of the business is locally organised with great skills and services to private and hotel clients.
Enthousiastic Spirit
The pitches for the jury were well prepared and presented in a pleasant and professional attitude. Sharing business experiences and taking ideas and learning from one another were key. The Pitches during this Greek Pre-Awards meeting were evaluated by an independant international Jury. Esteemed experts from the industry who evaluated the application packages from all participants on beforehand, including a duly filled in format with descriptions on the organization, business model and processing, added with documentation, photos, animations and videos. These materials will be made available on the WOPCOM Platform after the event in November next.
Winners
After good presentations and answers to the jury questions, eventually the jury unanimously decided to present the GREEK Overall Best Practices Award to Tsaknakis Carpet Cleaning. This was especially based upon their Business Model, offering clients a great service, professional organization, advanced processing and logistics. Souet Cleaning scored the second place and Clean Systems was third. The companies were complimented because of their professional preparation and presentation and excellent above average performance. The Winner Tsaknakis will represent Greece in the Global Contest in Frankfurt in November. All participants were recognized as “Official Best Practices Award Nominees” and will receive their Certificate on November 9 during the Official GBPA 24 Ceremony.
