TotalEnergies – a multi-energy company that produces and markets energies worldwide – and Ecolab have partnered to launch plastic packaging incorporating recycled material for heavy-use purposes.
The launch is the result of a close collaboration to introduce post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic into primary packaging for highly concentrated cleaning products. Olivier Greiner of TotalEnergies explains that the collaboration with Ecolab is an excellent example of a value chain partnership aimed at enabling circularity for highly technical applications. Besides it fully contributes to the company’s ambition of producing 30% circular polymers by 2030.
