“The machines are getting smarter. Are your people keeping up?”
The Professional Textile Care industry now has its own AI Code of Conduct, and at GBPA 26, CINET will present it to the world for the first time. Developed specifically for PTC businesses of every size and type, this landmark document gives the industry a shared framework for using AI responsibly, transparently, and effectively.
What’s in it for you? Whether you’ve already implemented AI tools or are just beginning to explore them, the Code of Conduct gives you a practical foundation: something to build your internal policy on, something to show your customers, and something to anchor your decisions when the technology moves faster than the guidance.
The CINET AI Code of Conduct addresses the questions every PTC business will face. How do you use AI in customer interactions without losing trust? How do you handle data ethically? What does responsible automation look like in a service business that depends on human relationships? The Code doesn’t tell you which tools to use. It gives you the principles to use any tool well. For the industry as a whole, it sets a standard that separates professional textile care from the noise.
It will be presented live at the AI Conference on 16 April in Amsterdam, and made available for free download on the CINET website following the event at cinet-online.com.
Attending the AI Conference Day on 16 April gives you more than the Code of Conduct alone. It gives you a complete quick start for AI in your own business: real cases from 15 pitching companies, a hands-on Technical Manual to take home, and the frameworks to start responsibly and confidently.
