CWS has recently expanded its market share in Switzerland by taking over service provider BERNET.
This acquisition is part of the company’s sustainable growth strategy and should lead to a further expansion of the range of sustainable service solutions in the area.
In the Swiss market BERNET is a well-established provider of services in workwear, healthcare and hygiene. The firm maintains production and storage locations in St. Gallen, Bronschhofen and Lyssach.
CWS sees great growth potential in Eastern Switzerland – especially in Bronschhofen – thanks to its modern, state-of-the-art laundry facility. According to the company, the aim is to offer an all-inclusive service throughout Switzerland. Starting on January 1, 2023, the BERNET integration is to proceed over a period of 12 months. The previous owner of BERNET, Alexander Wild, will lead the integration process.
