When war veterans return home, many of them ask themselves what to do next with their careers. A Maryland-based non-profit organisation -NS2 Serves – helps post military service veterans. reservists and disabled veterans answer this question.
The organization offers veterans who meet certain criteria, full-time, paid training in world-class software solutions that support U.S. national security. Participants in the program receive official SAP certifications, which are valuable in many career paths in the United States and worldwide.
The American Linen Supply Company Alexandria (Alsco) branch recently supported the project with a donation. Brandon Divers, general manager of the Alexandria, Virginia, branch: “We believe that supporting a group dedicated to educating veterans for high-level jobs will help families have an easier time coping with their loved ones sacrificing so much for our country. Started in 2013, NS2 Serves has trained more than 100 graduates within its first three years and intends to continue its program and add to those numbers. Graduates are eligible for competitive positions with more than 10,000 SAP partners. Divers: “Alsco is proud to be able to help support the veterans as they reintegrate themselves back into society”.
