Bosatex almost completed the remediation of historical soil contamination in The Netherlands

The Dutch Bosatex Foundation is the coordinating entity for the remediation of historical soil contamination in the Dutch Textile Cleaning Industry.

In about nine years, a complex problem of historical VOCl- pollution was addressed by Bosatex. Over 300 locations nationwide were examined and remediated when necessary, with a total budget of over 40 million Euro.

This unique project will be more or less completed this spring. It will be then transferred to other authorities for aftercare.
