ETSA (UK) celebrated 25-year anniversary at 2019 conference in Dublin

Recently, ETSA – the European association for textile rental companies and national textile services associations in Europe – celebrated its 25th anniversary at this year’s conference in Dublin, where Chairman Thomas Krautschneider could welcome delegates from Europe, Scandinavia and the USA.

Moderated by Charlie Betteridge, vice president global corporate accounts at Christeyns, this year’s main topics were the circular economy, digitalisation, the fast advancement of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and the move to an almost ‘virtual’ investment model for funding-start-ups.

Keynote speaker, appearing on the second day, was John Bruton, former Irish Minister for Finance, Prime Minister (Taoiseach) and subsequently the EU ambassador to Washington. The conference was sponsored by Christeyns, Ecolab, Jensen, TenCate and Van Moer.
