Executive Leadership Changes at US-based Performance Matters

Performance Matters – a strategic consulting firm for the industrial laundry industry – recently announced that founder Troy Lovins has sold the business and retired. Blake Montgomery has joined the team as CEO, and Steve Royals has been promoted to president. Lovins founded the company in 2006. Together with his wife, he recently founded ‘Hope 4 His Children’ – a non-profit organisation focused on mentoring young boys to become the leaders of their homes and communities. With the initiative Lovins intends to help developing the leaders of tomorrow.
