Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has entered into a consulting agreement with Johns Hopkins Medicine International – the global division of Johns Hopkins Medicine with expertise in health care and research. The healthcare experts will help improve procedures for the hospitality firm’s new global program – Lead With Care – and provide guidance as part of a broader collaboration.
Built on healthcare expertise and the use of state-of-the-art technology and tools, the Lead With Care program is designed to provide care, confidence and comfort to all guests, employees and residents in the new COVID-19 environment. In addition to routine measures that already exist – such as increased use of sanitizers and masks, as well as increased cleaning and sanitation – the program will add to current tools and training. It will empower employees so that Lead With Care procedures are thoughtfully and carefully applied to balance guest safety with personal comfort and reassurance.
At the same time, the group continues to invest in its App and Chat, which gives guests more control over how they engage with others.
