Germany-based MAXI-PRESS expands in Australia

MAXI‐PRESS Elastomertechnik  from Germany is a steadily growing supplier of membranes and spare parts for laundry machines. Operating in many regions worldwide the company recently entered into a participation in the Australian Brisbane-based company Cobro – one of the leading Australian service companies for industrial and commercial laundries.

MAXI‐PRESS Managing Director Tim Zaiser: “In Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, Cobro is an established brand for service and quality products for the laundry industry ‐ such as consumables for ironers, feeders and folders. This makes the company the perfect partner for our worldwide expansion.” Seven service technicians are distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand and are responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance and repairs. The firm supplies more than 6,000 special and spare parts for laundry machines of main manufacturers such as Jensen, Kannegiesser, Passat, Lavatec or Transferon.

Zaiser:”Together with Cobro and thanks to the large warehouse in Brisbane, we can offer our products, but also our expertise and services with even greater regional diversification. We are therefore particularly pleased about the start of the collaboration and are convinced that the laundry industry will benefit greatly from the cooperation”.
