Digitalization of services within textile cleaning is more current than ever. Also in Germany where Jonny Fresh has been active since 2012. This pick-up/return service works together with partner companies. The digital service is further expanded with complete information about the handling of the cleaning process. This should increase the efficiency of collaborating partners. For this purpose all articles are provided with a label including a QR code. Possible special requirements/wishes can be mentioned on special labels. This can be, for example, the folding of the laundry. But also additional information such as damage and stains can be included in the app and be passed on to the customer.
