Ken Cupitt Elected WCL Master (UK)

Ken Cupitt has been elected Master of the Worshipful Company of Launderers in London. Cupitt began his career in the industry in the 1960s. He joined the Guild of Cleaners and Launderers in that period and has been a WCL Liveryman for many years.

He was soon asked to join the National Council, where he is still chairman. Under his leadership the Guild has survived, mainly thanks to his leadership skills and dedication in sharing his knowledge and experience. Education, information, and support services within the laundry and dry-cleaning industries have always had his attention. In his retirement he is still active for the industry in various roles and functions.
