Kleerwite buys Neuhaus distributors and ‘Jinx Ink’ brand

US-based Kleerwite Chemical recently announced to have reached an agreement with Robert Neuhaus and Patricia A. Joubert, the previous owners of Neuhaus Chemical Products Inc., to purchase the assets of NCP, including all formulas, trade names, and the customer list.

Bill Carli, owner of Kleerwite: “NCP is a great fit with our line of problem-solving chemicals. Jinx Ink is a well-known and respected product that should be a great addition to our existing products and together with the new distributors provide an opportunity to grow our business.”

Jinx Ink has been a trusted brand for over 50 years and the ink remover for generations of dry cleaners. The product is claimed to remove most inks, fingernail polish, glue, lacquer, paste shoe polish, gum, toner, adhesives and fabric chalk on both the wet and dry side.
