Steve Larson announces retirement at Alsco USA

As vice president of Alsco’s North American Linen Division, Steve Larson recently announced to retire at the end of 2018. He revealed his intentions at the latest North American Division regional managers meeting at Alsco’s international headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Larson started working for the company part-time in 1968, as a teenager doing odd jobs. He has held various positions at Alsco and advanced to the position of vice president of the North American Division in 2006. In this capacity Larson oversees the linen, uniform and facility services business in the U.S. and Canada.  The company, founded in 1889, has grown considerably in the past years and currently employs 18,000-plus people in 14 countries across five continents. The company is the largest family-owned laundry operator in the two countries. His successor will be Jim Ginnetti who has been promoted to vice president as from 1st January 2019. Source: Alsco
