On Friday 13th September The Laundry Experience Event 2019 officially opened its doors. More than 300 visitors already registered before the official opening. It is expected that about 1250 visitors will participate in this event on both days.
The Laundry Experience Event was organized for the second time by VEMATEX, this year at Wasserij Clova in Wommelgem, Belgium. The location quickly filled with interested parties for the various presentations and practical demonstrations by 18 technical partners from the industry. The latest products and services for the industry are displayed on the supplier’s stands. Of course there was also a lot of attention for Robin, the new robot from Laundry Robotics. This new Dutch development is a hot item and marks the arrival of robot technology in our industry. There was also a lot of interest in the tours through Wasserij Clova.
The FTN Energy Prize 2019 and the Dutch Best Practices Awards will be presented on Friday evening. The Dutch PTC Best Practices Awards is a chapter of CINET’s Global Best Practices Awards Program 2019-2020, whose Final will take place in Frankfurt, during Texcare International (June, 20-22, 2020). Retail Textile Cleaning companies from The Netherlands with a high focus on best practices were invited to join the Awards Program.
